Join us for a month-long lineup of gatherings, a curated 3-course dinner and discussion, a film viewing, a workshop-and-wellness practice, and a pilgrimage to Richmond as we honor our revolutionary ancestors. All events are in Anacostia, a historically Black neighborhood in DC.

Annual Pilgrimage to Richmond: Honoring our Revolutionary Ancestors ADULT

8/28 all day, from DC to Richmond. the adult pass for the full day pilgrimage to Richmond [an exclusively Black space], where we learn history of Black revolutionary movement , walk the trails our enslaved ancestors walked on, take in the arts, visit the sites of the first Black liberation rebellions in the US. A full day trip, caravan style. Registrants will receive follow-up info with itinerary, carpooling options,
