If you are not the Owner, mortgagee or covenant in charge of the lot to be searched, please upload a letter of Authority from the Vendor’s solicitor or Lot Owner. Please note that we will only accept letters of Authority from selling agents if they are accompanied by a management agreement signed by the lot owner. We will only grant access to records held in custody with proof of appropriate authority, according to section 182 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015 NSW.

For inspections undertaken by authorised representatives or non owners the fee for inspections from the 1 July 2025 is $60.00 for the first hour and then an extra $30.00 for every 30 minutes thereafter ( max 3 hours).
