I willfully submit my personal story, written by me with my photographs and videos, to Doublesolid LLC for use at their discretion. I understand that my account, media, and likeness may be used whole or in part by Doublesolid LLC at any time for promotional/educational reasons. I do not hold Doublesolid LLC responsible for reactions to my story by family, friends, strangers.I know it's tough to write this stuff out, but I am ready, willing, and able to expose my struggles to Doublesolid LLC to support them and their mission to empower others to talk about mental health. If I have any concerns about my headspace while writing or submitting this story, that is the case. I will not submit the story and instead seek the support I may need. I know and want my story and images shared on the Doublesolid apparel online store, their social media pages, during their events, and/for press releases and articles beginning when I hit the send button (so to speak). Once received, Doublesolid will review my story. I will receive an email notification, and Doublesolid LLC will let me know if chosen for publication. If selected, I will receive a gift via snail mail and a $50 Gift Certificate to spend at Doublesolid's online store (sent via email). I'm pumped!

Guidlines for submitting your story:

1. No topic is off the table. Write about any situaion you have faced that directly affected your mental health. You may want to set it up as such:

Intro : who you are
Body : what was/is the struggle? (trauma, mental illness, addiction, loss of job, etc.)
Body : what did you do that helped you come out of it and recover? (what coping skills did you learn and utilize along the way).
Summary : how has this experience changed you/your life?
End : what do you plan to do in the future to avoid the mental health struggle?

2. Please keep your story at 1000-1500 words.

3. Be ready for an edit just in case (editing is done primarily to ensure the piece flows and is free of errors, not that you make any, right? Yeah, us either! Ha!)

4. Review it a time or two and send it off to us by form or upload.
