ALL DANCERS:
- Warm-up clothes may be worn before and after classes but not during class.
- No Jeans worn in class.
- Tap shoes are required for classes but can’t be worn any other floors (that are not covered by special flooring) in any facility.
* (It is recommended that dancers bring a small screw driver to fit the screws in their shoes for repairs)
** If the student does not adhere to the dress code, a phone call to the parent will come from Tapology staff to resolve this matter.
You will be tempted to bring way too much clothing to the Intensive.
RESIST THE URGE!
A couple of pairs of jeans or shorts and two or three shirts, casual party attire will be sufficient. Most of your time is spent in dance clothes, warm ups and pajamas. Limit yourself to one (1) large suitcase.
!!PLEASE IDENTIFY ALL CLOTHING WITH PERMANENT INK!!
Many articles of clothing and dancewear are left at the Residence Hall, in one of the studios or backstage after the intensive every year and having your name or initials on the tag allows us to identify and return it to its rightful owner.
