I am looking for someone to work 10 hours a week as an admin manager. This will be mainly working from home with two days in the office a month (5 hours). you will need to have your own laptop/computer
About the role:
Administration includes but is not limited to:
- You will organise our social media marketing/advertising
- Create content for our stories
- Development of brand awareness and online reputation
- Content management including blog writing
- Cultivation of leads and sales
- Posting creative and interactive content
- Full diary and email management
- Answering calls and replying to text messages
- Packing orders (this will be done when you are in the office)
The ideal person must be someone who is organised, great admin skills, excellent at managing their own time, and know-how to use social media platforms. Photoshop skills are an advantage but not a necessity.
The candidate must have:
- Experience in using social media
- Excellent written English language skills as well as attention to detail
- Imagination and creativity
- Understand 'what works' on social media and how to use social media as an effective sales tool
- Great communication skills as you will be working alongside me and interacting with clients occasionally
***Side note: I am also looking for someone who can attend newborn sessions every now and then. Your role in this will be to make refreshments for parents, make small talk with them and assist me in my sessions. These are 9.45am -12.15pm and can be 4 times a month to 3 times a week it is very dependent on how busy we are. ***
