Designer Pattern Agreement
I First Name* Last Name* give Jennifer Wiles Studio (JWS) permission to sell the following pattern: Name of Pattern* I certify that I designed and own all applicable rights to above pattern.
The retail price for this pattern is $ price* , from which JWS will receive a 10% commission for pattern priced at $15.00 or less, or a 5% commission for pattern priced above $15.01.
Additionally, I give JWS permission for the following (please check all that apply) Credit will always be given to the designer:*

JWS may make samples of the pattern at their discretion for display and marketing purposes.JWS may make kits of the project at their discretion. JWS will purchase a copy of the pattern for each kit made, at the time kits are made.JWS may feature the pattern in promotional videos.JWS may make project packs with the pattern to be featured in any of the following: Online shop, Social Media, Retail StoreJWS may teach the pattern. Each student will be required to purchase a copy of the pattern.
This Agreement may be cancelled by either party with 30 days notice in writing. JWS will be able to sell through any kits made prior to the termination of this agreement.
