Congratulations for taking your 1st step in your Tupperware Career by entering the DIQ program.
To ENTER the DIQ program,
1. Complete & sign this letter of intent on or before 25th of each month** to commence the DIQ program in the month.
2. LOI receive after 25th of each month will only commence the DIQ program in the upcoming month.
  
  For example: You sign and submit the Letter of intent by 27th October 2021. You will commence your DIQ program in November 2021.
Notes:
- All commission and bonuses will be paid via Direct Debit / Semua komisen dan bonus akan dibayar melalui e-perbankan
- Please ensure your correct and complete bank information is provided to us in order for your commission is paid accordingly / Sila pastikan maklumat akaun bank anda tepat dan lengkap sebelum diberikan kepada kami bagi memastikan komisen anda ditangani sewajarnya
- The Bank Account holder’s name and the Consultant name must be the same. / Nama pemegang Akaun Bank dan nama Konsultan mestilah sama.
- All commission payable to any Tupperware Brands consultants will be annually reported to the Inland Revenue Board. The CP58 form will be available and assessable via TW Biznet / Semua komisen tahunan yang dibayar kepada konsultan Tupperware Brands akan dilaporkan kepada Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri. Borang CP58 akan disediakan dan boleh diakses melalui TW Biznet
- Tupperware Brands Consultants and Directors may not recruit their spouse. Their spouse is not to join another Consultant or Director, whether within the same organization or another organization / Konsultan dan Director Tupperware Brands tidak dibenarkan merekrut suami / isteri mereka. Suami /
  isteri mereka tidak dibenarkan menyertai Konsultan atau Director lain, sama ada dalam organisasi yang sama atau organisasi yang berlainan
