Undertakings
1. I, undersigned, do hereby undertake full responsibility and also leave or change status before the visa expires. In the event of defaulting this condition, I shall forfeit the guarantee and bear all legal consequences I undertake to the overstay fine/s imposed by the immigration.
2. I authorize the Canadian visa to conduct a thorough background investigation of my work and personal
  history, and verify all data given on this application . I hereby release VFS from any liability that might result from such an investigation.
3. I authorize all Individuals, Institution, and firms named to provide any requested information and release
  them from all Liability for providing the requested information.
VFS has the right to take legal action against if visitor activities are deemed prejudice its interests or Canada law.
Steps to give your biometrics

1. Pay the biometric fee

You must pay the biometric fee when you submit your application, or you may experience delays. Exception: There is no fee to give biometrics for a transit visa.
2. Get the biometric instruction letter

After you pay the biometric fee, you’ll get a letter confirming that you have done your biometric test, and all the biometric documents will be sent to you through the email address you provides
3. If you apply online for a visitor visa, study or work permit

If you pay the biometrics fee when you submit your application You’ll get the letter in your account message box within 24 hours of applying. We’ll send you an email to let you know that you have a new message. We can only start to process your application after you pay for your biometrics/visa processing.
