    Message from the Admissions Department

    Current and New Students for Academic Year 2022-2023

    If you are inquiring and/or need assistance with the enrollment procedures, you may visit the campus directly. You don't need to sign up for an appointment.

    Enrollment Inquiry for New Students

    What are the age requirements?

    Pre-Nursery – Must be three (3) years old by June 1 – August 31, 2022.
    Nursery – Must be four (4) years old by June 1 – August 31, 2022.
    Kinder – Must be five (5) years old by June 1 – August 31, 2022.
    Grade 1 – Must be six (6) years old by June 1 – August 31, 2022.

    Note: We accept transferees for all levels.

     

    What documents will I need to prepare?

    1) Original and a photocopy of the following:

    • PSA Birth Certificate
    • Baptismal Certificate or Certificate of Religious Affiliation (Non-Catholics)
    • Report Card – Form 138
    • Good Moral Certificate with the school’s dry seal

    2) LICS Recommendation Form. (Link to PDF)

    3) Two (2) pcs. 2×2 colored ID photo with white background (most recent)

    4) Php175.00 Application and Testing Fee (Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable)

    Note: Fees are waived for the quarantine period.

     

    I’m applying for Senior High. What else do I need to bring?

    • Certified True Copy of Certificate of Completion
    • Printout of Certificate of Voucher
    • National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE)

    If necessary:

    • Certificate of Academic Excellence
    • Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT)

    Registrar's Office - Document Pickup

    IMPORTANT:

    If you are going to request copies of your school documents, kindly complete the Document Request Form.

     

    If you have a claim stub from the older paper request form:

    You don't need to sign up for an appointment if you have a claim stub from the old paper form. Just bring your claim stub and present it to the guard and you'll be placed on the queue. (Mondays to Thursdays, 9 am to 3 pm, except on holidays.)

     

    If you have already filled up the Document Request Form:

    Before scheduling an appointment, kindly ensure that you have already received an email or a text with your reference number from the Registrar's Office (registrar@lics.edu.ph) informing you that your document(s) is/are ready for pickup.

    You may also call the Registrar's Office (0968-853-2942) to inquire about the availability of your documents.

    Accounts Inquiry

    Accounting Department Notice:

    The Accounting Department will start accepting on-site payments beginning February 20, 2023.

    If you would still like to pay thru your preferred bank, kindly refer to your statements of account (SOA) or the assessment forms for payment instructions.

    Cancellation of appointments due to unforeseen events.

    When there is a need to suspend work for the day (ex. typhoon and other natural calamities, unplanned holidays declared by the national or local government, etc.), we will try to accommodate those appointments affected.
