ESYO COVID-19 Vaccination Policy
We expect students to be vaccinated to protect the health and safety of our ESYO community to the fullest extent possible. ESYO will continue to rely on the most up-to-date medical information available and governmental guidance to make informed decisions about our vaccination requirements.
- Students who are eligible to be vaccinated with an FDA emergency use authorized vaccine (Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson) are expected to have received their second shot at least 10 days prior to their first rehearsal.
- Proof of completed vaccination should be uploaded during registration.
  Students who are not eligible for the vaccine, or who have not yet been vaccinated, will continue to be required to wear a mask while in program spaces and to use PPE for their instruments.
- Individuals may request religious or medical exemptions from the COVID-19 vaccination requirements which will be assessed on a case by case basis.
