2. Vendor name/address/invoice for check distribution OR parish vestry Resolution/Vote/Clerk Signature for the parish that will hold a custodial line in budget for the Ministry Network Grant.
By September 1, send a report to the Canon for Mission Advancement and Coaching that describes the impact of the Ministry Network Grant on your ministry. Use the questions below to help shape your report and be as detailed as possible in your description of the outcomes from receiving the grant. Your information will be included in a report to our Annual Convention. Thank you.
