Equipment Rental Request
Select the equipment or items you wish to rent. Please also indicate your preferred dates. An invoice will be sent to you once this form is approved. SCC staff will be in touch if the preferred dates or equipment are unavailable, or otherwise have questions about your request.
Equipment

Please select the appropriate options. Rental requests must be made by a member in good standing in order to benefit from SCC member pricing. Once approved an invoice including applicable taxes will be sent to the renter.

Panels/Lights - 1 unit consists of 4 panels and 2 light mounts

NOTE: a 1-3 day rental INCLUDES the pick-up/drop off days. E.g. if equipment is picked up on Monday, it is expected to be returned on Wednesday. This policy excludes days that the SCC is not open - E.g. if equipment is picked up on a Friday, and the SCC is closed Sunday, it can be returned Monday. Please ensure your pick-up and return dates below are appropriate to the length of time you indicated in the above equipment rental section. If you are interested in renting equipment for different lengths of time, please indicate in the notes section below.

Pick up and drop off is not available on Sunday or Statutory holidays when the gallery is closed. Please describe any conflicts or questions in the NOTES section below. Once approved an invoice including applicable taxes will be sent to the renter.

The renter agrees:
- They are responsible for pick up and return of rented equipment or items on the approved dates;
- If renting large or heavy items that require additional assistance to lift or carry, the renter will arrange their own assistance;
- The rented equipment or items will be rented as is;
- The renter is responsible for any and all new damage to the equipment or items and will guarantee payment to the owner of any and all repairs or replacement of rented equipment or items which are damaged;
- the renter will not advertise the owner's name or logo in any promotions connected with the event or project which uses the rented equipment or items.
