Tournament Details:
Canberra Vietnamese Golfer Association (CVGA) 2026 Invitational Golf Tournament will return to the Royal Canberra Golf Club. It is one of the finest golf course in land and provides state-of-the-art facilities accommodating golfers of all levels. With recent completed $20 million grass conversion project, it is great privilege for CVGA to host the event here. Captain Harry Hoang has to negotiate really hard for us to reserve the spots to the new 1-18 holes. This opportunity cannot be missed for any golfer.

Competition rules (modified golf rules):
#Maximum strokes for each hole is 2*par. If you have played maximum number of strokes already, please pick up the ball and give yourself a score of 2*par+1 and move to the next hole.
#Putt out: Continue putting until the ball in the hole when possible. Please also note THERE IS NO GIMME!
#Loss balls: after 2mins looking if not found, a new ball can be dropped: option 1) the loss area with 1 stroke penalty or option 2) on the fairway (no closer to the hole) with 2 stroke penalty.
#Out of bound: Play a provisional (1 stroke penalty) if out of bound is likely. No going back to the last stroke location. However, if no ball is in play use options similar to loss ball: option 1) the cross area with 1 stroke penalty or option 2) on the fairway (no closer to the hole) with 2 stroke penalty.
#Pace of play: 9 holes for less than 2h15mins, 18 holes for less than 4h30mins.
#Slow play: Lowest handicap player in each group is the captain and is responsible to ensure each group is catching up with the group in front. If after three holes, a group is behind the front group by a whole hole and another group is waiting please skip that hole and write down the worse score (compared to par) in the last three holes.
Score entry:
Each player must have a scorecard. Please fill all the fields in your scorecard. Both marker and player sign the scorecard at the end. Enter the score into online form via this link
