  • This form is required in order for a Club and/or business to become a Trial Host.

    You have 1 year from the date of this application to host a fun test or your application will time out and a new application will be needed.

    Please note that new club applications now require a non-refundable application fee of $20.

  • DECLARATION

  • Upon application, and before being approved as a potential host club, there will be a public call for feedback period. If any past misconduct is reported and verified by the Board of Directors, the application may be denied. RATS! Canada will uphold all Canadian Kennel Club bans as they apply to individuals or clubs. Applicants must disclose any bans from any other dog sport organizations.*

  • Do you understand that by becoming an approved Trial Host, you agree to pay an ANNUAL fee of $25, and agree to remit trial reports and fees in a timely manner or be subject to late fees?*
  • Do you understand that failure to meet required Trial Host duties, or should any complaints of actions/incidents filed with the association be found to be sufficiently severe, RATS! Canada can terminate your status of Trial Host with no reimbursement of fees?*
