By signing below, you acknowledge and agree that the fee paid to Explore Blue Travel LLC is a professional services fee for travel research, itinerary design, and planning services only.This fee is NOT a deposit, credit, or payment toward any travel costs, including but not limited to airfare, accommodations, cruises, tours, or excursions. All trip costs are separate and will be invoiced independently if and when you elect to proceed with a booking.The planning fee is based on the selected package, number of travelers, and itinerary complexity. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable once paid.The planning fee includes up to three (3) quote options for the same destination. Requests for additional destinations, revised itineraries, or additional quotes beyond the included three may require an additional planning fee.Upon receipt and verification of payment, Explore Blue Travel LLC will begin the planning process. Proposed travel options will be delivered within 7–10 business days, unless otherwise disclosed due to office closures or extenuating circumstances.Clients agree to remain responsive during the planning process and to monitor email, voicemail, and text messages for follow-up questions or requests for clarification. Delays in response may impact delivery timelines.Your signature confirms your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
