Mock trial has proven to be an effective learning tool for students at all grade levels. Some schools choose to expose their students to mock trial in a classroom setting they compete in the High School Mock Trial Competition. Some schools like the benefits of mock trial but are unable to participate in the Competition.

Law Related Education can provide the most recent mock trial case for schools who would like to utilize the materials in their classrooms. The current case is published each year on November 15.
