Printing Services & Fees:

When requesting printing services, all files must be uploaded in their correct format:
DTF/OKI printing: Transparent PNG file or PDF

Embroidery printing: DST/PES format and sizes to your liking.

PLEASE NOTE: If your files are not print ready, there will be a service fee ranging from $11.99-$39.99 (depending on the complexity of the design),to convert all files to embroidery ready files. This process can take up to 1-3 business days and is a 1 time fee per order.
