Printing Services & Fees:

When requesting printing services, all files must be uploaded in their correct format:
DTF/OKI printing: Transparent PNG file or PDF

Embroidery printing: DST/PES format and sizes to your liking.

PLEASE NOTE: If your files are not print ready, there will be a service fee of $11.99 to convert all files to print ready files, which we will also provide back to you. This process can take up to 24-48hrs and is a 1 time fee per order.
