CHS-MC’s Healthy Aging Committee invites all adult Chapter members to increase their steps this summer. Log your steps with us between July 12th and August 31! Use the step counter on your phone or download https://www.thestepupapp.com/
Here are the rules;
- Enter your steps on a weekly basis (every Monday) on this form.
- For every 5000 steps you walk, you will receive a ballet to entered into a prize draw on September 7th.
- The more you walk, the entries you will receive!
We will share the weekly results with the participants and the total amount of steps done by participants, with Chapter Members.
