Fundraiser Form
All Madonna High School fundraising activities must be proposed to the Advancement Office for approval. Please note that activities will not be allowed on Sundays. Requests are due to the Advancement Office three (3) weeks prior to start of fundraising activity. If a fundraiser is done without approval, the class/club/sport will risk forfeiting the funds to the school.
