LIVE TESTING INSTRUCTIONS

Note: All live testing requests should be sent to boarding@payrix.com in advance, and should include the following:

• All All MIDs created for testing purposes should be clearly identified in the “Secondary Statement Descriptor” field as “Test” (Please Do Not enter the word “Test” in the “Statement Descriptor” field).
• All test transactions should include the word “test” as an identifier within transaction info.
• Partner’s accurate and full Legal Name, EIN, Business Address and accurate information for the individual(s) is required (i.e., no dummy information)
• Beneficial Ownership information for all individuals with 25% or more ownership in the entity (or info for the controlling authority, if applicable) must be provided at time of submission.
• Live testing accounts should be submitted with MCC 7372
• Live testing to be concluded within 7 - 30 days from live testing start date, limited exceptions may be considered on a case by case basis
• Live testing accounts will be disabled 1 business day following testing end date
• Please allow a minimum of 3 - 5 business days for boarding of live testing account(s).
• Incorrect data submitted for the entity or individual(s) may result in delayed boarding time frame
• Live testing accounts may go into manual processor review, which may add 1 - 2 business days or more to the boarding time frame
