Take some time to consider the following GSUSA National Awards and Girl Scouts of Western Ohio awards and nominate this outstanding volunteer for a Girl Scout award.

The following requirements must be met in order for this volunteer to be considered for the Volunteer of Excellence Pin:

This award requires three endorsements, who else will be supporting this award nomination?
This award requires four endorsements, who else will be supporting this award nomination?
Please answer the following questions, giving as much detail as possible including results (number of girls served, number of volunteers supported, community impact, etc.)
Please avoid broad general statements like "she's a great volunteer," "the girls love her," or "he's a good person." We know they are great and girls love them—we need specific details about why they are great and why the girls love them!
The Volunteer of Excellence Pin recognizes a volunteer for outstanding service while partnering directly with girls to implement the Girls Scout Leadership Experience through the use of Girl Scout Journeys, the Girl's Guide to Girl Scouting, the Volunteer Toolkit, or any other GSUSA resource.
Two endorsements are required for this award. This submission counts as one.
The Volunteer Appreciation Pin is awarded to a volunteer who has given outstanding service to at least one service unit.
The Honor Pin is awarded to a volunteer who has given outstanding service to two or more service units or program delivery audiences.
Three endorsements are required for this award. This submission counts as one.
The Thanks Badge is awarded to a volunteer who has given outstanding service that has benefited the entire council or Girl Scout Movement.
Four endorsements are required for this award. This submission counts as one.
The Thanks Badge II is awarded to a volunteer who has given outstanding service that has benefited the entire council or Girl Scout Movement and has previously received the Thanks Badge.
The Service Team Star recognizes a volunteer who is or has been a service team member or an appointed administrative volunteer who has helped a service unit achieve at least one of the service unit's core responsibilities:
The Green Badge of Courage recognizes a volunteer who has performed a courageous act or met a challenge in a creative or brave way within their role as a Girl Scout volunteer.
