When it comes to placing our puppies or retired dogs with new families, it is very important to us that potential new owners have the knowledge, ability, facilities, time and resources to provide an exceptional home where each pup/dog will receive the love, care and attention it needs in order to live a long, happy and healthy life. Also, the understanding that our puppies that are not clear on HUU, CMR1, and DM are sold as PET ONLY. Our retired dogs are sold pet only, too. To assist us in choosing suitable buyers for our pups/dogs, we ask that you fill in the following placement questionnaire form. NOTHING LEFT BLANK plus ATTACH your state ID(s), and document. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing this information to us and hope that you understand that we have the best interests of both our puppies/dogs and our potential buyers at heart in requesting it.

Our priority is that our puppies/dogs live full and happy lives in home with people who love them and are a part of the everyday family life. We try our best to place our puppies/dogs only in the most loving and responsible of homes and this form helps us in that process.

ALL PROSPECTIVE FAMILIES MUST FILL OUT THIS QUESTIONNAIRE TO BEGIN THE SCREENING PROCESS. COMPLETION OF THIS QUESTIONNAIRE IS MANDATORY TO ENSURE THAT ALL OUR BABIES FIND LOVING AND HAPPY HOMES. IT ALSO WILL GIVE US A CLEAR PICTURE OF EXACTLY WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR AND ASSIST IN SELECTING A PUPPY THAT IS THE BEST FIT FOR YOUR FAMILY. All of our pups are sold on a limited registration pet only no breeding rights or full rights with breeding rights. With a limited registration you can enter all AKC events except possibly conformation. With limited registration the dog cannot be bred. If the dog is bred, the resulting pups cannot be registered. If said dog is bred there will be a fine of cost of puppy and immediately spayed after puppies are weaned/immediately neutered, also dog and pups will be surrendered to Angela Stiffler.

We require that our pups stay intact for 12 months to 18 months old to allow proper growth of the bones. Early spay/neutering has been shown to change the angle of the bones at the knee making them more prone to cruciate ligament problems than dogs that are neutered at a later date.

I understand that dogs/puppies placed by the Stiffler Bulldogs have been acquired, fed and boarded; have received necessary medical care and vaccinations; and have been tested to be free of heartworms and contagious disease at the expense of Stiffler Bulldogs.

I have answered all the above questions truthfully to the best of my knowledge. I have read a copy of the Stiffler Bulldogs Purchase Contract and Spay/neuter Contract for Pet Only Rights, Stiffler Bulldogs Breeding Rights Contract, I understand and agree to abide by its terms should a Bulldog be available for placement in my home. I understand that if, for any reason, I can no longer care for or keep the dog, I must return it directly to Angela Stiffler, and I will sign all necessary papers for the surrender of the dog.

The specific purchase amount is determined based on the individual dog's age, health, and Bloodline requirements. I understand that my application may not be acknowledged unless or until I am being considered to purchase a particular Bulldog and that it may be important for me to be available for an interview by phone or in-person on short notice.*

This application is for the purpose of placing our puppies in the most appropriate homes. I have the right to refuse the sale of a pup to anyone I feel will not provide a good home. All pet quality pups are sold with a strictly enforced spay/neuter contract (NO EXCEPTIONS) and limited AKC registration.
