*Keep in mind I currently charge $180 minimum (unless otherwise posted). Most designs are now a flat rate which is a set price regardless of time, whether that be more or less than an hourly rate. This is because I tattoo quite efficiently, and this way you know exactly what price to expect once discussed. I may not be able to accommodate all budgets. Please be specific and honest ❤️ After submission I will discuss an estimated approximate total. At time of appointment, cash payments heavily preferred! (etransfer and card are available as a payment option if need be).

(Forearm, shin, ribs etc.) *I won’t tattoo certain placements (hands, neck, face) unless you are a long term client of mine and already have many other visible tattoos. If you have other tattoos that I may need to work around, PLEASE provide an image of the placement.

(Measured in inches) please be accurate, don’t come to your appointment requesting a different size than stated here / or discussed. Use a ruler if you need to.

Any medical or skin conditions I should be aware of before tattooing you?*

Note: for eczema, I cannot tattoo areas that are having an eczema flare up. I also cannot tattoo over any wounded areas, moles, or zits. For scars, they must be fully healed at least 1 year.

DEPOSITS:
Deposits are always required ASAP to book. Deposit amount comes off of the total tattoo cost upon your tattoo's completion :)

Your deposit holds your design and your appointment, so changes to either may result in a forfeit of your deposit. Deposits are non refundable, and non transferable. If you need to reschedule please let me know as soon as possible. Arriving late by 15min or more may result in a forfeit of deposit or charge for time, and/or you may need to book an alternative date. Significant design changes will also require a new deposit (your deposit is applicable only to what you initially booked for, with some exceptions). You can send it by etransfer.

FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:

STARTING APRIL 2026:

Address is at 1735 Venebles st, just off of Commercial Drive in East Vancouver, at Lovesick Tattoo Studio. There is no store front nor buzzer, so please message upon arrival or be precisely on time, as you’ll need to be let in. Parking can be found at back of building and is pay by phone, which can be extended. You can also try finding street parking. Please message if running late, even by a little bit.

This is a private studio located on the 2nd floor, via stair access (no elevator sadly).

No guests due to very limited space. Guests can also be distracting for others in the studio. If you need this accommodated, let me know in advance. Guests may accompany you to and from the studio, but may need to leave for appointment duration due to space. There are plenty of fun things to do in the area, so feel free to ask any suggestions! If you have any questions, let me know :)

BRING GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID.
And no, its not just about age! Artists need your ID for you to legally give consent. There will be a consent form for you to fill out at the studio!

CASH ONLY - if not feasible we can arrange etransfer or card, but cash is heavily preferred!

NUMBING:
You may use numbing if absolutely necessary but ask in advance so I can go over details with you. You are responsible for suppling and timing the application correctly. Please do a patch test for any new products you use, in case of allergy or sensitivity. Only lidocaine based numbing is acceptable. There are risks to using numbing, use at your own discretion and accountability.

WHAT TO WEAR:
Wear or bring a change of clothes that will grant full access to whatever area is being tattooed. Let me know in advance if you would like a barrier for more privacy from the rest of the studio. Don't wear clothes you wouldn't want ink on, wear ya grubby clothes and comfy clothes!

PREP:
Be hydrated and fed beforehand! Try to get a good night's rest. No alcohol or drug consumption prior to getting tattooed please.

PLAN YOUR ROUTE ACCORDINGLY!
There are plenty of shops and things to do if you arrive too early, Being late 15 minutes or more can result in a loss of deposit / and or be considered a no-show.
