Affiliate Marketing Agreement DETAILS: This agreement is a legal document between you and the respective owner(s) of the Ultimate Manifestation Mastery Course that describes the affiliate relationship we are entering into. The agreement covers your responsibilities as an affiliate, as well as our responsibilities to you. Please read and ensure that you understand the entirety of this document as it is important to our working relationship. This agreement does not represent an exclusive agreement between you and the respective owner(s) of the Ultimate Manifestation Mastery Course. You are free to work with similar affiliate program providers in any category. This agreement imposes no restrictions on you or the respective owner(s) of the Your Youniverse (TM) brand or the Ultimate Manifestation Mastery Course to work with any individual or company we choose. You agree that you are 18 years of age or older. You agree to ensure that your information is entered accurately within the affiliate dashboard area of the course, including specific payout information and location, as hosted on Teachable.com, and that failing to do so could result in non-payment for sales. Each time a user is captured as having made a course purchase after visiting your affiliate link that you will receive a 20% commission on that sale. Any individuals added to your affiliate dashboard due to your marketing will remain in your "cookies" section for 365 days, giving you credit/commission for any sales resulting from your marketing efforts within that time frame on a per individual basis, and not afterwards, and that the only exception to this is when multiple affiliates are marketing to the same potential student, in which case the attribution will go to the affiliate that most recently marketed towards that potential student. You agree to allow our proven email system to perform the follow up work to continue marketing to potential course members after you have guided them to the Masterclass, and that marketing the course after new potential clients have signed up to watch the MasterClass is our responsibility, even after they have been added to your affiliate dashboard "cookies" area, in an effort to complete the sale for both you and the owner(s) of the Ultimate Manifestation Mastery Course. Your role as an affiliate is to use the marketing tools and landing page provided, along with your affiliate link, to sign individuals up for the MasterClass that has been created and approved by us, and that corresponds directly with the Ultimate Manifestation Mastery Course. You agree to fully provide any links to websites and/or marketing materials being used for the purpose of generating sales for the Ultimate Manifestation Mastery Course by you within 24 hours if requested. You agree that at all times, you must clearly represent yourself and your websites as independent from Your Youniverse (TM) and www.UltimateManifestationMastery.com. You agree to represent the Ultimate Manifestation Mastery course with dignity, refraining from practices in direct relation to the course that harass, abuse or threaten others, violate intellectual property rights, damage property, perpetrate fraud, publish or distribute obscene or defamatory material, publish or distribute material that incites violence, hate or discrimination towards others or unlawfully gathers information about others. You agree that among using other keywords or exclusively bidding in Pay-Per-Click campaigns on keywords such as ultimatemanifestationmastery.com, youryouniverse, Your Youniverse, Your Youniverse YouTube, www.ultimatemanifestationmastery.com ultimate manifestation mastery, ultimatemanifestationmastery, and/or any misspellings or similar alterations of these – be it separately or in combination with other keywords – and that do not direct the traffic from such campaigns to your own website prior to re-directing it to ours, will be considered a trademark violation, and that you will be banned from the Affiliate Program. We will do everything possible to contact the affiliate prior to the ban. However, we reserve the right to expel any trademark violator from our affiliate program without prior notice, and on the first occurrence of such PPC bidding behavior. You agree that the course price is subject to change, either increasing in price or decreasing in price. You agree that processing and fulfillment of orders is our responsibility. You agree that support issues relating to the course is our responsibility. You agree that any refunds given within 30-days for any sales that result from your affiliate link will result in the commission being revoked for that sale. You agree to be responsible for paying all of your taxes from any monies that result from the marketing and sale of the Ultimate Manifestation Mastery Course. You agree that www.Teachable.com , the course host, is a third party website that is fully responsible for collecting, determining and disbursing your affiliate commissions and payouts, and release Your Youniverse (TM), Ultimate Manifestation Mastery and its respective owner(s) from this responsibility. You agree that if you have an issue with a payout that you will directly contact www.Teachable.com You agree that the intellectual property owned by the respective owner(s) of the Ultimate Manifestation Mastery Course, including all copyrights, trademarks, webinars, masterclasses, email marketing tools and other intellectual property belong solely to those owner(s). You agree that you will not attempt to reverse engineer or duplicate the MasterClass, landing pages, email marketing or Course material provided for this affiliate program. You agree to indemnify the respective owner(s) of the Ultimate Manifestation Mastery Course and hold us harmless against any and all legal claims and demands, including reasonable attorney's fees that arise from or relate to your use or misuse of the Affiliate Program, your breach of this agreement, or your conduct or actions. You agree that you are strictly prohibited from using the Affiliate Program for illegal spam activities, including gathering email addresses and personal information from those who do not consent. The term of this agreement will begin when you have checked the box below that you have read and understood these agreement terms and when this form has submitted. This agreement can be terminated by either party at any time by ending participation in the affiliate program. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the Affiliate Program. This agreement supercedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, written or oral.
