Sunday School Pilot Form

Thank you for your interest in Summit's new Sunday school curriculum. Having your church test this curriculum will be a huge blessing to us and to other churches using this in the future.

To receive these materials for free, we are only asking for your honest feedback. Your comments will help us determine the effectiveness of the curriculum and guide us as we make changes.

We will send you digital files for the Fall quarter (13 lessons) by August 16th. Files for the Winter and Spring lessons will follow. We will also you a link for a digital log where you can record your feedback after each lesson.
