Thank you for expressing interest in being a participant in our 3rd Annual Small Business Expo. This event will be hosted on August 27, 2022 at Gaylord Springs Golflinks at 11am-3pm. All fees are non-refundable, however if we have to reschedule, or the industry that you are in does not have space available, the deposit WILL be, if you cannot attend the rescheduled event.
2 chairs, 1 6ft table, 5 professional photos of your setup, free parking, elevator access, scenery of the golf course, and view of where your table will be prior to the event. We all meet in June at the venue so that vendors can get a visual of how they would like to setup. Each vendor is only allowed 1 person to assist them. If you would like 2 tables, the second one will be $75 and the deposit will be $50. Please include this in the notes.
FOOD & DRINK VENDORS:
Samples of 2 ozs can be given for free. Actual sales are no admitted however pre- orders and dontations can be accepted.
AFTER FULL BALANCE IS PAID:
We have an app that we will be used that we are asking everyone download to keep up with updates for this event. Some FB and email communication will be sent as well for those who are not able to do so. This information will only be provided after the full balance is paid.
