In consideration of being permitted to participate in the volunteer program of the L.A Animal Shelter. I the undersigned agree to assume all risks of loss and injury, including death to myself, or damage to my property while on the premises of the L.A Animal Shelter and elsewhere while participating in the volunteer program, and hereby release and waive any right of action I may have had or may have in the future against the L.A Animal Shelter, and their heirs, assigns, servants, agents or volunteers for any such loss or injury, even though such loss or injury is caused by the negligence or default of the L.A Animal Shelter, its servants, agents or volunteers, whether acting in the scope of employment or not
