Upon execution of this Agreement description below, Photographer agrees to provide services for the client according to the photography session provided to the client.

Signature I understand that I will receive images within 7 to 14 business days.Signature I understand that my tardiness of 15 minutes will result in a $30 late fee.Signature I understand that my tardiness of 30 minutes or more will result in cancelation and will be rescheduled to a later date with a $30 late fee ( THIS IS NOT A DEPOSIT).Signature I understand that extra edits that are not included in my package will be a additional $7.00 per a picture.Signature I understand no payment of extras or late fees will result in no images.Signature I agree not to post unedited/ unpaid images online or download images to any device before paying and being edited.Signature I understand that print packages are priced separately from photoshoot session.Signature I understand that deposits are nonrefundable.Signature I understand that adding people to my shoot is an additional $15 a person or $25.00 depending upon my package. Signature I understand that if I do not cancel 48 hours before session time, I will be charged $50.00 cancellation fee, this will come out of my refund money.
