Practical Hours Record

 

Please complete this record your practical hours of any activity involving another person as the 'client'. You may also record your prior hours conducted prior to undertaking the training of a similar nature. You need a minimum of 12 hours to be certified for each individual Level of Lightworker Practitioner training and a total of 84 hours to graduate as a Master Lightworker Practitioner.
