Financial Expulsion Form

Kappa Delta Phi N.A.S Financial Expulsion Form
Use this form for financial expulsions. This form must be completed by November 25th or March 25th Sisters who are unable to pay dues are eligible for financial expulsion.

Expulsions can only be approved if:
- The sister owes National dues at the time of submission
- The chapter/emerging chapter approves the expulsion by a 3/4 majority vote
- The chapter/emerging chapter has made attempts to collect funds from the sister
- The expulsion form has been filled out correctly.
Kappa Delta Phi N.A.S does NOT reimburse chapters for money owed by sisters, and does not consider chapter dues, fines, etc, as part of the expulsion process.
