    At The Bespoke Hair Co., we customize the entire experience to your individual hair goals. We will discuss the proper care and maintenance necessary to keep your extensions beautiful. And at your hair appointment, you can expect a tailored, luxury service, where you feel pampered and relaxed as well.

    Custom colored, cut, styled and natural looking, luscious locks is what you will leave the salon with. But your experience doesn't end there. We will contine to provide support and styling inspiration as you live in and wear your extensions every day.

  • COMMITMENT

  • We require every extension to come in for an in person consult or do a facetime/zoom consult prior to your apt. Are you able to commit 30-45 minutes to talk about your hair goals and go over what extension method/options will best suit you?*
  • Most of the extension methods we offer require some form of maintenance in order to keep your hair and the extension hair feeling great and looking beautiful. On average, most clients with weft and tape-in extensions come in for maintenance between 6-8 weeks and most clients with k-tip extensions come in for maintenance around 8-14 weeks. Would you be willing to commit to the maintenance apts recommended by your stylist?*

    1. We need to see photos of your current hair (taken within the last 7 days)
    2. Please take photo(s) on a cell phone. (professional photos are too large to be uploaded into our online form)
    3. Take your photos inside, near a window with natural light. (try to avoid direct sunlight or using flash as this distorts color of your hair)
    4. Ask someone to take photos for you so we can see your hair better than with a selfie.
    5. Make sure to take a front photo showing the part line/new growth and a back photo showing the length of your hair.

  • FIRST TIME CLIENT EXPECTATIONS:

    • Scheduling a consultation is the first step in reserving an Extension Experience.
    • We custom order and color extension hair for each guest, which typically takes between 1 to 2 weeks to arrive to the salon and color prep.
    • Your initial installation appointment is typically between 2 and 6 weeks from your consultation depending on if you need any additional services (such as color or a Oway Smoothing Treatment) before your new install.
    • A 50% retainer is required to reserve your new install appointment on our calendar, and is applied to your final balance.
    • We do keep some of our most popular colors in stock. Quantities vary, available on a first come, first serve basis once retainer is paid.
