If you plan to participate in Competitive HVWGC leagues, either as a league member or substitute, you are required to have established USGA  handicap index of 45 or less prior to the start of the league.

If you do not have a USGA handicap index, we can establish a beginning handicap for you if you provide a minimum of three 18-hole scores or six 9-hole scores (or a combination) played on USGA/GAM rated courses from the previous year.

Complete this form and we will create an initial handicap index for you.  Your membership cannot be processed until we receive your scores and your resulting handicap index is 45 or less.
