I require a NON REFUNDABLE deposit to book an appointment with me. I will reach out once I’ve received this form & send an invoice to you personally over text! This deposit will go towards your tattoo and will also hold your appointment. Please also know I will not draw up your tattoo until the day before or the morning of your appointment.
