At Red Angel, we have set aside special time just for you!
We have a strict 48 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy that we enforce and have carefully thought out to ensure both client and our stylists time are respected.
*To avoid charges, you must give 48 hours notice directly to your stylist prior to your scheduled appointment as well as a direct confirmation back from them stating they received your notice to cancel/reschedule. This INCLUDES if you're wanting to change your scheduled service to another service for the same day/time slot. ex. You're scheduled for a full foilayage, then the day of the appointment decide you'd only like a haircut. You will still be charged for the full foilayage service if you've not given us 48 hours notice.
Our booking site sends out text AND email confirmations 96 and 48 hours prior to your scheduled service, so there is always plenty of given notice, but it is solely your responsibility to make sure you know what days/times your appointment(s) are scheduled and if for some reason you don't receive these confirmations it does not negate you from these terms.
*Your card will be charged in the case of a "no-show" or failure to give proper notice of cancelling or rescheduling. Failure to give proper notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of your scheduled service.
We understand emergencies, sicknesses, weather hazards, etc., come up so in the event of one of these situations the charge will act as a credit on your account to use towards your service when you're ready to reschedule. Account credits must be used within one month of originally scheduled service and can only be redeemed towards the service that was originally scheduled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must contact your stylist or Red Angel Salon directly through the contact information listed on our site and you must receive a direct confirmation back from us stating that we received the change.
All guests will be required to place a credit card on file to book any appointment. Your card will not be charged unless our cancellation policy is violated. If you do not wish to have card on file, you may prepay for your appointment.
