Please read to understand how our booking process works,
1. Initial Email is sent out to all eligible food trucks to check everyone's availability.
2. Vendors opt in to be considered, doesn't mean you are booked yet.
3. Selected vendors are notified via email EVERYTIME! you will receive a very clear email stating, YOU ARE APPROVED.
4. If you reply with, yes we want to confirm. then you are confirmed. if you do not reply to the email to confirm, we remove you and confirm the next business on the waiting list.
5. Lastly, a vendor packet, instructions will be sent out to you before each event.
6. We do not notify the vendors that are not selected for each event.
