Arrival/Set-up to events booked by FTN: at least 45 minutes prior to start time, unless stated otherwise by the event host or Food Truck Next for a specific event.
Contacting Host: Food Vendor is ONLY to contact the host/client with the purpose of this specific event, the day off.
Food Truck Next commitment is to bring the best event opportunities to the food truck community. Therefore, it is assumed to be agreed that as a food truck vendor you are to follow Food Truck Next terms concerning any leads or events sent to you by Food Truck Next.
Non- Compete Agreement: You agree NOT to represent, provide services or engage in any aspect of business that would be deemed similar in nature to the business of Food Truck Next with a Food Truck Next client without a written consent negotiated with Food Truck Next.
Food Truck Next reserves the right to cancel any agreement, event, and/or catering, if a breach of the terms of the agreement occurred from the food truck owner explained in this document or in any of the email communication as part of the event details agreement. In addition, Food Truck Next has the right not to partner with the food truck vendors that DO NOT agree or abide by Food Truck Next terms.
Cancellations: for most pre-paid events, food truck vendors receive a deposit. In the case where Food Truck Next client "Host" cancels the event/ reschedules within 2 weeks prior to the event date and the food truck owner is no longer able to serve at this specific event for either reason, any deposit made prior to the food truck owner is non-refundable. The food truck vendor has the right to keep their deposit.
In the circumstances where you are canceling the service as a food truck vendor within 30 days of the event date and you are able to connect with your fellow food truck owners, you are required to assist in finding a replacement to cover your stop and coordinating with Food Truck Next team to process the transition smoothly. As a food truck vendor, you are required to return the deposit to Food Truck next or transfer it to the food truck vendor that you have arranged to cover your stop.
Payments: Food Truck Next processes payments for pre-paid events via square or a business PayPal account. Deposits are processed as soon as they are available and paid from the client 'host". The full amount will be processed the day of the event or the following day after the services have been completed. Some events might require different payment processing steps which will be communicated via email.
Food Truck Next has the right to cancel any event/ catering if a Food Truck Vendor found not to have followed this agreement, contacted the client without written consent from Food Truck Next, attempted to offer/provide services or engage in any aspect of business that would be deemed similar in nature to the business of Food Truck Next with a client contact that is partnered with Food Truck Next.
By signing this, you are also agreeing that you have ALL permits and licenses needed to operate in your county; includes but not limited to MFU permit, sales tax license, auto insurance, liability insurance, COI, fire extinguishers (doesn't apply to all), and anything that is legally required to operate your business within the policies and regulations of the event county.
Fees: Food Truck Next charges one of the lowest vendor fees on most events invoiced to the food vendor after $500 in sales has been met. The invoice will be sent via square or PayPal business account. Food Truck Next does not use "zelle" or any other digital form of money transfers for invoicing purposes.
