SIFAT has seasonal intern positions available for college-aged young adults who desire to serve Jesus Christ through working with youth or children. Interns work in partnership with the Campus Programming staff and under the direct supervision of the Campus Director and the Intern Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to participate in the lives of young people by building relationships, mentoring, nurturing them in their faith and facilitating a Christian education program. Interns will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills by leading groups, facilitating learning oppurtunities, and more. This hands-on approach to ministry offers college-aged young adults a season to explore a call to ministry. Interns will also learn in-depth about appropriate technology, community development, and poverty and its causes. They will also participate in the life of the staff at SIFAT by attending staff meetings and by working in conjunction with other staff members at the organization.
