  • ECC FC Yearly Membership Fee - £30 Per Player

    I will pay £30 (via BACS) as a membership fee referencing age group and surname example U10TURNER

    To be refunded if this application is not successful.

    For a family with more than one player the combined membership fee is £50

    The committee retain the right to review these fees at the yearly AGM.

  • The deadline for memberships to be received by the coach of the team is: before training commences. If the form and membership fee are not returned by then the player will not be allowed to train or play for the club.

    1. I consent to the use of photographs by Somerset County FA, Yeovil football leagues and ECCFC club on websites and social media.

    2. I have read the club's Code of Conduct, Consents and Obligations and agree and adhere to this code, this forms 'the contract' between you and the club. Please make sure you have read this document carefully.

    3. I agree to pay the monthly subscription and have set up the standing order for 8 monthly payments.

    4. I agree to ECCFC retaining my personal details contained on this membership form for a maximum of 2 years.

  • ECC FC Monthly Subscription Fee 2025/26

  • The ECC FC monthly subscription fee covers:

    All standard training costs across the season*

    All equipment costs - footballs, pitch hire etc

    Coaching costs and general running of the club

    All match fees throughout the season

    *Additional training opportunities may be open to a separate fee.

    The Committe and all coaches are all unpaid volunteers.

  • Fees:

    Mini Soccer - U7's to u10's = £20 per month for each player.

    Youth Soccer - U11's to U16's = £20 per month for each player.

    Sibling fees are discounted by 50%.

    There will be 8 monthly payments in total.

    The 1st payment is due on 1st of September with the 7 additional payments set up to be paid on 1st of each month up to and including 1st of April.

    To set up standing order please contact your bank, you will need to complete a standing order form either in branch, over the phone or online.

    Player Code of Conduct

    Players are the most important people in the sport. Playing for a team and winning are fundamental parts of the game. However, winning should not be at any cost - Fair Play and respect for all others in the game is vitally important.

    Obligations towards the game

    A player should:

    1. Make every effort to develop their own sporting abilities, in terms of skill, technique, tactics and stamina.

    2. Give maximum effort and strive for the best possible performance during a game, even if his/her team is in a position where the desired result has already been achieved.

    3. Set a positive example for others, particularly young players and supporters.

    4. Avoid all forms of gamesmanship and time-wasting.

    5. Always have regard to the best interests of the game, including where publicly expressing an opinion on the game and any particular aspect of it, including others involved in the game.

    6. Not use inappropriate language.

    7. Pay their own fines for yellow or red cards to the coach/club within the prescribed time limit.

    Obligations towards the team

    A player should:

    1. Make every effort consistent with Fair Play and the laws of the game to help his/her own team to perform the best they can.

    2. Resist any influence which might, or might be seen to, bring into question his/her commitment to the team doing the best they can.

    Respect for the Laws of the Game and competition rules

    A player should:

    1. Know and abide by the Laws, rules and spirit of the game and the competition rules.

    2. Accept success and failure, victory and defeat, equally.

    3. Resist any temptation to take banned substances or use banned techniques.

    Respect towards Opponents

    A player should:

    1. Treat opponents with due respect at all times, irrespective of the results of the game.

    2. Safeguard the physical fitness of opponents, avoid violence and rough play, and help injured opponents.

    Respect towards the Match Officials

    A player should:

    1. Accept the decision of the Match Official without protest.

    2. Avoid words or actions which may mislead a Match Official.

    3. Show due respect towards Match Officials.

    Respect towards Team Officials

    A player should:

    1. Abide by the instructions of their Coach and Team Officials, provided they do not contradict the spirit of this Code.

    2. Show due respect towards the Team Officials of the opposition.

    Respect towards the Supporters

    A player should show due respect to the interests of supporters.

     

    Parental Consents and Obligations

    In the event that my son/daughter is injured whilst playing football/travelling to and from football events and I cannot be contacted on the above number, I hereby give my consent for my child to be given emergency firs aid treatment.

    Respect towards Opponents

    I hereby give my consent for my child's photographic image to be taken and used in promotional material on behalf of the Club.

    FA Rules

    I agree to be bound by and observe the Club Rules and The Rules and Regulations of The Football Association Limited and Football Association, and all Competitions in which the Club participates.

    Insurance

    We recommend that you take sports injury insurance cover for any problems your child has throughout the year.

    Payment

    I agree to pay in full the membership fee as detailed in this document and that I will set up standing order in line with guidance to pay the ECC FC subscription fee.

    All under12's must have a responsible adult present at all training and matches - please give the names of these adults who will be responisble for your child in your absence  - these will be passed on to the coaches. This is for the safety and welfare of your child.

  • Code of Conduct for spectators, parents and carers
    We all have a responsibility to promote high standards of behaviour in the game
    The club is supporting The FA’s Respect Programme to ensure football can be enjoyed in a safe, positive environment.


    Remember children’s football is a time for them to develop their technical, physical tactical and social skills.
    Winning isn’t everything
    Play your part and observe The FA’s Respect Code of Conduct for Spectators, Parents and Carers at all times.


    I will;
    Remember that children play for fun
    Applaud effort and good play as well as success
    Always respect the match officials decisions
    Remain outside the field of play and within the designated spectators area (where provided)
    Let the coach do their job and not confuse the players by telling them what to do
    Encourage the players to respect the opposition, referee and match officials
    Avoid criticising a player for making a mistake – mistakes are part of learning.
    Never engage in, or tolerate offensive, insulting, or abusive language or behaviour.
    I understand that if I do not follow the Code of Conduct, any/all of the following actions may be taken by my club, league, County FA or The FA.


    I maybe;
    Issued with a verbal warning from the club or a league official
    Required to meet with my club committee, league or county FA welfare officer.
    Obliged to undertake an FA education course
    Obliged to leave the match venue by the club
    Requested by the club to not attend future games
    Required to leave the club along with any dependants.
    By ticking the box to say I have read and understood this code of conduct, I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to ensure anyone attending training, matches and tournaments are aware of this code of conduct.
    By agreeing to this code of conduct I am accepting to reimburse East Coker Football Club any fines imposed by the club or Somerset FA and it is my responsibility to share this information that anyone else attending to watch this player.

  • LEAGUE NOTICE IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PLAYERS

    In accordance with FA Law PLAYERS MUST ONLY sign a form for ONE CLUB in membership of this League in any one season unless a transfer is effected (regardless of whether they have played for the Club).
