Brand Collaboration

Thank you for having interest in working with us. After a year of reconstruction we are finally bringing our store back in business. We appreciate you for helping us grow and bring our business to another level.

Our mission is to strive to provide affordable, convenient, and trendy fashion. We also strive to give our customers what they want, so we always make sure we are going above and beyond to please our babes. Great quality clothing and perks are also what we provide to our customers to keep them coming back! Boss Gwapo Co. provides free shipping on all orders with no minimum requirements (For Brands who work with us), free delivery, and meet up hotspot locations.

We have two options for your business.

FREEBIES

This agreement helps build your business by having your item(s) as a part of our "Freebies" for our customers. You will recieve a payment for your provided products and recognition! 

This is how it will work. You will provide us with your product(s) (As many as you desire to provide). We will come to an agreement on the amount we will pay for you, and we will advertise your product in our "Freebies". Your payment will be for your products at a wholesale price. You will also recieve 45% of how much your products value is when it's given in an order. (ex: necklaces are $20 on your site and when we give one with an order you will recieve $9 from us!) 

                       COLLAB CLASSIC

This form of collaberation is when you will sell us one or more of  product (s), and we will agree on a wholesale price. When we come to an agreent we will add your product to our site as it's ours, but we will direct the customers to your liking (Instrgam link, Website link, or more). Your business will be advertised as it will be dependent on the owner to provide the advertisement they want us to release on their end.(Bags you'd like your product to be in, promo items like freebies, and more). Your payment will be for your products at a wholesale price. You will also recieve 35% of how much your products value is when it's given in an order. (ex: necklaces are $20 on OUR site and when we give one with an order you will recieve $7 from us!) 

                             FOR ALL

You will need to provide us with a custom brochure/business card to place with products. We will advertise your business so they can know to shop from you! We generally require you to provide this within 30 days of the signed agreement. You will also be required to post about the collaboration during the agreement term. If you fail to do anything on your end we will adjust the agreement to your knowledge or terminate it all together.

OUR AGREEMENT:

Boss Gwapo Co. Will be purchasing 6 Pairs of pants from the "smile" collection at wholesale price of $42.50. The purchase will come up to $255 as a whole. Before the wholesale purchase Boss Gwapo Co. will purchase a sample at it's original price $60. If for any reason we are not happy with the product (sample) we will not continue to enforce the contract. This means we will no longer be purchasing your product in bulk, and we will be discountinuing the contract. If for any reason you do not wish to continue the contract before a bulk purchase is made you are aollowed to do so. Once this agreement is established each party must follow through with what was agreed. If for any reason a party fails to do anything on their end the opposing party has the right to collect what is owed to them. 

 Boss Gwapo Co. Will be paying you in two installments, the first installment will be once a date is established when things should be completed. You will be given a deposit of $155, and once you have completed your work and are ready to send things off you will recieve your remaining $100. We make installments to ensure your time and resources aren't wasted on your end. We also give you your remianing pay before you send off the product to ensure on our end we are recieving our product on time. If for any reason you cannot complete the order on time we will have to disucuss how it affects the agreememt based on the situation.

How will I be compensated?

You will be compensated monthly based on the amount of sales we have from your product. We will also be paying the wholesale priced products immedietly, and in installments based on your liking.
