Terms:
1. A week must be given to work on any project that is submitted by commissioner unless it is a print project then the time is 3-4 days.
2. For project to begin, the commissioner must put down 50% of payment and the other 50% must be paid once project is completed.
3. Any project that is abandon or unclaimed by commissioner, the project will be put in a unclaimed group for others to view and claim.
- Note: Any Company name will not be on logo and will be replaced with "Enter title here"
- Any Commissioner who decides to buy an unclaimed logo can only do minor changes. Anything with Major changes to the logo will be charged at normal price.
- Original Commission to logo CAN NOT claim logo at discounted price.
- Only Projects that are made from scratch will be in the unclaimed pile.
4. Once project is in review with comissioner, the commissioner will get a reminder after 2 days if nothing is heard from them. After a week goes by and commissioner has not responded, the project will be cancelled and the work will be thrown into the unclaimed group.
5. Any drop off location, located in Pearland, will recieve free delivery. Any Drop off locations farther then pearland will get the first 5 miles for free then will be charged $0.25/mile.
6. Any work that is being shown to comissioner as a preview will have a watermark on it until project is paid in full.
7. Once Project is complete, the comissioner has a choice to allow creator to show the project on social media but the creator must tag the business that the project belongs to with a watermark.
8. NO LOGOS CAN BE DUPLICATED
9. All sales are final.
10. Any project that is purchased and given to commissioner can NOT be changed for free.
11. Deposit is non-refundable
12. Once physical orders are turned in, creator is not responsible for any damage that accursed afterwards.
