Please note you can only Freeze for Full Months, i.e if you submit a freeze in the middle of the month that will only take effect at the begining of the following month.

The maximum time you can freeze is two months with limited exceptions including injury etc..

We cannot stop payments if you submit a freeze within 10 days of the payment date being due, which is normally the 1st of the month. Therefore, we cannot freeze the payment for the next month if you freeze after the 20th/21st of the month.

Please note that if you freeze your membership, the 30-day notice period for cancellation will begin once your freeze period has ended. Freezing your membership does not reduce or eliminate the required notice period for cancellation.
As per your terms and conditions, there is a 30 days notice period to cancel your Membership. What this means is that if you cancel after the 1st of the Month then your last payment will be the following month.
