OBCT Sweetapple Elementary Program

Audition and Registration Form

The first 20 kids( PER DAY) in grades 2-5 that register and pay will be able to participate in this program. To comply with Fulton County Covid rules we will be doing 2 casts with one on each day. 20 for Monday session and 20 for Wednesday session. You will attend just one day a week. Participation is not permitted until payment of the $265.00 fee is paid in full and must be received by August 15,2022. The show will be cast after the fee is paid. If you do not like the role your child has received and decide to drop out of the program you will not receive a refund of the $265.00 fee. The show is an ensemble show and is a learning experience- every role is important. I have read the above and will abide by the terms and conditions
