DofE Expedition Notification Form

Hertfordshire Scouts - Duke of Edinburgh Expedition Notification Form
Please complete the information on this form to inform County of DofE expeditions. Forms must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the event if notification only and 6 weeks prior to the event if an assessor is needed. Please remember you still need to complete the NAN form for your District Commissioner along with any risk assessments in line with all remote and overnight events.

You should notify all expeditions both practice and qualifying. You no longer need to notify the DofE using the Green or Blue forms.

Please provide your assessor with the following ideally 3-4 weeks in advance
- list of participants, eDofE numbers & practice details
- route and routecards
- menu

Please also agree expenses e.g. mileage.
