SPACE & SETUP
- You are paying for space only. We do not provide tent, tables, chairs, canopy, or any display items — bring everything you need.
- Electrical outlets are available on a shared basis. Bring your own extension cords. No flood lights or halogen lights permitted.
- Booth location is assigned by organizers based on size, product type, electrical needs, and spacing. You do not choose your spot.
- Space is not reserved until payment is received.
BOOTH SIZES & PRICING
- 6 ft space — Zone 1: $150 · Zone 2: $125 (You bring one table only, no tent)
- 12 ft space — Zone 1: $300 · Zone 2: $250
- Need more room to display? Choose 12 ft. We enforce spacing strictly
FOOD VENDORS
- All food vendors must have a Williamson County Temporary Food Permit. This applies even if you are an established restaurant. No exceptions.
- Get your permit at: www.wcchd.org/healthy_spaces/applyforapermit.php
- Organizers have exclusivity on water, soda, tea, coffee and drinks. Food vendors may not sell beverages unless specifically approved.
- You need to follow all safety protocols as establshed by law, including keeping fire extinguisher on tent.
- Exclusivity: Nivi Icecreams has exlusivitiy for Ice Creams. No other vendor can sell Ice Creams.
WHAT YOU CAN SELL
- Sell only what you listed in this application.
- This is a family event — no adult-only products permitted.
- No alcohol sales.
- No raffles without prior written approval from organizers.
- No sharing, subletting, or transferring your space to others.
SALES TAX
- You are responsible for collecting and remitting Texas sales tax.
- Display your sales tax permit at your booth.
PAYMENT
- We accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal (+4%), Credit Card (+4%), or Cash.
- We will contact you with payment details after receiving your form.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- No refunds if you are unable to attend, for any reason.
- If the event is cancelled by organizers, minimum 50% refund (less processing fees). There is no rain date.
- Weather decisions are made in consultation with the City of Round Rock.
