Visual Directive Photos Submission Form

Use this form to submit photos for visual directives.
Please be sure all photos are 100% before submitting! You will want to make sure all visual standards are met, such as tags tucked, mannequins steamed, sensors not visible, product grouped together, etc. It is very important that these final photos are looked over by mulitple people at store level before submitting. We would love to share photos of stores who adhere to visual standards!

This form is to submit Visual Directives, and any Visual Merchandise initiatives as directed. This form must only be submitted by the Store Manager, unless the store does not have a current Store Manager, in which case an Assistant Manager or Keyholder may submit.
