Enrolment agreement – 265 hour Profissional Colon Hydrotherapy training
Prerequisites for Professional Level Course:
a. Must have a high school diploma/GED, or equivalent
b. Must have a current CPR card
C. Each new student should have received 1-3 colonics prior to entering training
Length of Course: 265-hour course is divided into 200 hours of online coursework and 65 hours of in-person training at our facility.
a. Course Length: 200 hours of online coursework, it is self-paced with a max time limit of 6 months to complete.
b.The 65-hour in-person training can be completed in no less than 7 days at our Pot Coquitlam training facility.
c. In-person training may begin once you have completed 100 hours of online coursework.
d. In-person training dates will be coordinated between student and instructor.
e. Program Dates: Ongoing open enrolment.
Payment Information
1.Tuition Amount
a.Tuition for the course is $5900 CA, which includes the application fee of $900.00 and program cost of $5900.00. The application/administrative fee is non-refundable.
2. Other costs
a. Travel, food, and lodging expenses.
Payment Schedule
a. The application fee of $900.00 is requested with the submission of the application form and enrolment contract. This fee includes administrative fees for online training, I-ACT, and NBCHT application fees. The application fee is nonrefundable.
b. Both the application and enrolment contract should be completed and returned with payment.
c. The remaining balance of $4850.00 must be paid in full prior to beginning the online training course.
Late charges and cost of collections
a. An additional $50.00 fee will be charged on any overdraft or inability to process fees due and payable to Fort Langley Colonics.
Refund Policy
a. If an applicant is not accepted having made an initial payment, all monies except the administrative fee of $350.00 will be refunded.
b. An applicant who provides written notice of cancellation within two (2) days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and federal or state holidays of signing an enrolment contract is entitled to a refund of all monies paid minus the application fee of $900.00.
b.If the student does not complete the 200 hours of online training within the 6-month time limit, no refund of tuition will be provided.
c. If the student begins the online training and withdraws before completing the first 100 hours of online training, and no more them 10 days of starting date are passed, they will receive a refund of 30% of the full tuition.
d. If the student withdraws after having begun the in-person training no refund of tuition will be provided.
e. If Fort Langley Colonics cancels the in-person training less than 14 days before the start date of the in-person training, a refund of 65% of full tuition will be provided to the student.
f. Students must notify Sofia Reis of Fort Langley Colonics in writing delivered in person, mail, or by electronic mail if they need to cancel out of the program. The notice must be signed and dated by the student.
g. Students who postpone their start date to a later 65-hour course by notifying the school in writing less than 45 days prior to the commencement of the course will be charged a $500 rescheduling fee.
h.Refunds are mailed within 30 days of the date of notification.
Procedure For withdrawal
g. Withdrawal requests must be written, dated, and signed by the student.
Students may be offered an opportunity to return at a later date.
Dismissal Policy.
h. Failure to satisfactorily complete the academic or internship aspects of the training, non-payment of tuition, unethical behavior, or failure to comply with training guidelines will result in dismissal from the program and no entitlement to refund of tuition.

Notice to Applicant
To fulfill Fort Langley Colonics’s intention of providing high-quality education, this program may from time to time modify content or schedule in order to improve curriculum and/or reflect changes in national standards. Fort Langley Colonics reserves the right to cancel the course at any time. In the event of cancellation, a refund will be issued in accordance with the refund policy set forth in this contract.
Training will be performed on an FDA-certified closed colonic unit, this is not manufacturer training, this is the 265-hour I-ACT Professional Certification training course.
