    Time: 2 hours minimum

    Event: Funeral

    Time: 3 hours minimum

    - includes use of gymnasium, kitchen, custodial closet, bathrooms, equipment (e.g. tables, chairs)

    Time: 5 Hours

    Note: $100 deposit required. It will be returned after cleanup and upon inspection.

    ·      Centerpieces (e.g. mason jars, lanterns, glass vases, etc): $5 each

    - includes use of room, bathrooms, equipment, tables, chairs

    Time: 2 hours

    Costs: $75 per hour, $10 each additional hour

  • IMPORTANT NOTICES

    Renters are responsible for all damages or required repairs to the facilities incurred during the time of rental. 

    Cleaning Policy: The facilities will be clean and in good condition prior to rental. We request that they be cleaned and in good repair at the conclusion of your program. We kindly request that there be no:

    • smoking, vaping, or drinking of alcoholic beverages on the premises
    • food or drinks consumed in the sanctuary
    • no tacks or nails in the walls
    • rice or confetti thrown at weddings or parties

    PAYMENT: Upon receipt of your application, you will receive a confirmation and estimated total cost for rooms and services. You have five days to confirm your reservation and submit payment and/or a deposit.

    Accepted forms of payment: cash, credit card, check 

    Online payments can be made via AdventistGiving. Under 'LOCAL OFFERINGS', select 'ADD CATEGORIES'. Select 'OTHER LOCAL CONTRIBUTIONS'. 

    If you wish to pay by check, make the check payable to 'WHITTIER SDA CHURCH'.
