  • Meet details

    Please note that not all of the events listed are offered at every meet. Refer to the meet details before submitting the entry form to ensure that the events selected are available.
  • Please select the events the swimmers wishes to enter.

  • Entry times

    Please enter the swimmer's up to date individual best times for each event. If the swimmer is competing in an event they have never done before, please write 'No Time' in the relevant box.

  • To find the swimmer's individual best times, please go to https://www.swimmingresults.org/biogs/ and enter their membership number or search using their family name. 

    If you are entering a long course meet, please use long course best times (if the swimmer has them) or convert their short course best times using https://www.pullbuoy.co.uk/times/
