As I mentioned I structure the training programs for 6-week intervals, so every 6 weeks the training programs are changed to continue to shock the body. Diet, cardio, and supplementation are subject to change based on progression and your stack is designed based on your experience, body type and goals. I do not typically do IIFYM with clients, I offer a variety in the diet plans, but it is all from clean whole food sources, ideally, no processed foods are involved.
