* You must be 21 years or older to foster.

* It is strictly prohibited to house any HB4P foster animal outside.

By fostering one of our rescued animals you will be giving this animal the chance to be a part of a loving family and avoid it having to spend uneccessary time in a boarding faclity. It also means our facility may be freed up to rescue another.

I understand that the “Heartbeat4Paws” is very concerned about the security and safety of my foster animal and all the animals in its custody, as well as its ability to keep track of all animals rescued. I understand a “Heartbeat4Paws” representative may visit my home for a home inspection and/or contact me during the period I am fostering.
Heartbeat4paws covers the medical expenses for all foster animals. However, our vet care costs are only discounted through a Franklin Animal Clinic and therefore they are the only clinic we currently use for routine care. With the obvious exception of a life-threatening medical emergency, if you should decide to take your foster animal to a different vet for convenience or any other reason, Heartbeat4Paws cannot cover the cost of the visit. Thank you for your understanding.
Foster understands there is some risk to your own animals, especially if your foster animals are not kept separate. Foster agrees Heartbeat4Paws is not responsible for your own pet’s medical treatment.
All foster animals are the property of Heartbeat4Paws. You may not, under any circumstances,give, sell, or otherwise transfer care custody and control to another person without prior contact and approval from Heartbeat4Paws. Doing so will result in termination of foster privileges and may result in criminal charges.
Fosters will supply basic daily needs for the animal in their care, unless otherwise agreed upon.

I understand that I receive foster care animals at my own risk and can decline to accept any animal for which Heartbeat4Paws has asked me to provide care. I acknowledge that Heartbeat4Paws is not responsible for any property damage or personal injury suffered by me, members of my household, including my own animals, or any third parties during a foster placement, and I assume liability to provide adequate controls to prevent such damage or injury.
