LBCC Course Test Proctoring Form

STAFF ONLY:

Please fill out this form for LBCC test proctoring requests 

While we support drop-in testing, we highly encourage students to plan ahead and schedule an appointment if needing access to a computer for a test. Courses that use ALEKS or MyOpenMsth, computers are available on a first-come,  first-served basis and do not need an appointment.

Students will be asked to be finished with their test 30 minutes prior to closing. 

• Students will be asked to show ID prior to testing
• Staff will be asked to show ID if picking up a test

If faculty are in need of a last-minute proctoring request, please contact Testing Services at the campus your class is held at, prior to filling out this form.

Winter Term Testing Hours:

Albany:

WEEK 1: 8am - 3:30pm

WEEK 2: 8am - 4:30pm

Starting WEEK 3:

Mon/Tues/Wed: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Thurs: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Friday: 8:00 am - 3:30 pm 

Selective Saturdays:

Jan: 28th,

Feb: 4th, 11th, 

March: 4th, 18th

 

 Benton Center:

Mon & Wed: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm

Tues & Thurs: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Friday: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm

 

Testing Center will not time the exams. 

If there is a time limit or extra time needed, students will clock in and out of tests and will need to watch their own time.

Exceptions may be made for students with approved testing accommodations if monitoring their own time is a concern.

***If a computer is needed to test, students are strongly encouraged to make an appointment.  For courses that use ALEKS, computers are available on a first come first served basis and do not need an appointment.
